Blackberry Wine Sauce

Our Blackberry Wine is like no other you'll ever taste. So light, fruity and not too sweet. Delicious served well-chilled while soaking in the hot tub or as an anytime treat!

Warm Blackberry Sauce

2 pints blackberries (either frozen or fresh)
1/2 - 3/4 cup Mill Lane Winery BLACKBERRY WINE
2 1/2 teaspoons orange zest

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan over medium heat. Stir occasionally as the mixture comes to a slow boil. Continue to cook until wine has thickened into a sauce. Serve immediately over sorbet, ice cream, cobbler or vanilla cake. This could even be used as a sauce for pork chops or chicken breasts.
