Buzzer Beater is a deep red, full-bodied and slightly spicy Malbec blended with cranberries. This wine is perfect with meaty/spicy foods. It's also terrific as a sipping wine. :) I'm drinking some as I type this!

Dan for his super secret chili recipe to share here. It took me 3 hours
of cajoling before he finally gave in. You REALLY must make this chili,
exactly like the following recipe. Just sayin'....
Dan's Secret Recipe Meaty Chili
2 pounds ground beef
1 pound cubed beef
1 pound ground spicy sausage
1 pound kielbasa, cut into cubes
2 small cans tomato paste
1 can tomato sauce
1 large onion, diced
16 ounces mushrooms, sliced
2 cans red kidney beans (drained)
1 cup BUZZER BEATER wine
1 ounce chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
Brown all meats until thoroughly cooked in a skillet with garlic, salt and pepper. Transfer to crockpot and add all ingredients except for the beans. Cook on low for 6 hours. Add both cans of beans and cook for an additional 2 hours. Serve with shredded cheddar and a dollop of sour cream.
