Peach Wine - oh how I love thee! ;-) This wine is so versatile in your kitchen. Not only is it completely wonderful on it's own, but excellent with fish, chicken and salads. Try pairing with broiled halibut and fresh peach & mango salsa for a unique twist.

Mimosa recipe below is perfect for holiday guest entertaining.
Peach Wine Bellini
1 bottle Mill Lane Winery PEACH WINE
2 cans peaches, juice drained
1 bottle champagne
In a blender, combine Peach Wine and canned peaches. Process until smooth. Pour into either a large ziplock bag or a plastic container. Freeze until mostly hardened, or overnight. Scoop wine and peach mixture into glasses and top with champagne. Serve immediately.
